With self check-in and check-out, you can bring your family, friends and pets, to enjoy 3 acres of this fenced property.Take a dip in an inground pool, Play soccer game, have a BBQ for dinner, and toast s’mores at the fire pit for dessert! The kitchen is equipped with utensils, bedrooms with linens, suitable to all your needs. Additionally, a huge living room with smart 65" TV. Parking inside the gated acres available for all.</div><div><br></div><h1>The space</h1><div>Fenced 3 acres with a 8’ deep pool, trees , open space for outdoor games to play( Bring your own Basket Ball and Soccer Ball) and other games. 5 bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms a huge Living room and a den for extra guests. Lock the gates and the place is your own Private Resort.</div><div>Guest access</div><div>Open the red metal gates in the front and lock them as you enter. Go to the side entrance where the deck is and get in the house with code provided. BBQ is in the deck</div><div><br></div><h1>Other things to note</h1><div>This countryside property is on well water with reverse osmosis for water filter in the basement. The water is drinkable but get your own bottled water if you want. The nearest town is around 10 kms away. Pack enough snacks and drinks. Get your own sunscreen, bug spray and lotions. We provide firewood at extra cost. Get your own games and toys for kids and bowls and accessories for pets.</div>

It was amazing right down to the comfy beds , amazing family room beautiful pool the personal touches the fully stocked kitchen it was quiet and peaceful it was truly an amazing house. would recommend this for any family or friends you would never be disappointed The pool is so refreshing and there’s a little playground so if you have smaller kids great space would recommend it to anybody.

A very quiet and unique space for a getaway with some friends!

This was a great place to stay as a family, but it would also be great for a group of friends. Our 2-year-old loved the play set out back and the fenced in yard was perfect for safety. Watching the cows across the road was an added bonus. Lots of beds and good sized rooms. Wise upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. Private lot, especially out back. We will stay here again!

Suneet was a wonderful host! The Farm House was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was peaceful with cows, chickens and cornfields as your neighbours. The large outdoor yards were perfect for games or just running around. The pool was clean and spacious enough for pool games and floating devices. I would highly recommend staying here, definitely 5 stars!

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway this is such a beautiful spot. The cottage was very clean and spacious. Suneet was very easy to communicate with and would get back to us within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

Suneet's place was spacious and incredibly clean! Pool and BBQ were top notch, plenty of towels provided and Suneet was always quick to respond. The neighbors typically helped us out in response to any queries (e.g. loaned us a cutting board) and we were able to buy eggs from them as a bonus :)

Amazing property! We had 6 guests in total and had ample space for activities and entertaining. The rooms were very nice and a great place to relax after a long day of swimming and chilling by the campfire. Overall the property was very well kept and made it easy to have a great time. Definitely planning to stay again!

The facility was large and lovely, the appliances were great, the place was generally very clean, and suited our purposes very well. We had some extra guests for dinner (who were not staying over), these were charged for additionally.
